What types of clients do you work with?

  • Our youth athletes range from 13-18 years old. Many of our youth athletes train with us year round in order to excel in the sports they participate in and to be proactive in preventing injuries that could derail their sports seasons.
  •  
  • Our adult athletes value their health above all else. We attract adult athletes who 1. currently participate in other sports 2. Were competitive athletes and miss the structure and intensity of high school / collegiate strength training sessions. Also, many of our physical therapy clients transition into personal training when they are pain-free.

What is the process to get started?

How many sessions do I need?

  • Depending on your goal! We have clients that have been with us since day 1 because they view fitness as a lifestyle. We recommend you schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our coaches so they can give you their expert recommendations.

How long are your sessions?

  • We offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions in our personal training format. 

What sets your performance coaches apart?

  • Our coaches are Doctors of Physical Therapy with strength and conditioning backgrounds or a performance coach who has gone through extensive training and coursework in order to provide our clients with a top tier service.

What are your personal training sessions like?

We custom design your programs based on your goals and your current fitness level. We always include mobility, flexibility, stability, strength, speed, power, agility, and cardiovascular endurance - the fundamental pillars of fitness.
