Before starting virtual programming, every new client will undergo an initial assessment during our first session together, either in person or virtually. We will cover topics that will affect your programming like:

Once we’ve completed the initial assessment, you’ll be on track to start your program. But the collaborative process doesn’t stop there.
Check In's
We will reach out to you on a weekly basis as your accountability partner. This allows us to recap the past week’s training together and make sure you are on track to meeting your goals.
This is also the time to go over any questions or concerns you have about the previous week’s program.
Video feedback
We will review your movement using our video analysis software and provide comprehensive feedback.

Programs are updated based on your progress and goals. Clients who have an active performance training or physical therapy package have access to virtual programming
