Before starting a training program, you and your performance coach will go through a detailed initial evaluation where we go through your athletic background, health and injury history, as well as your goals. From there, you will go through a movement screen. This is where we determine the baseline programming for you. Cookie cutter programs do not exist here! Instead we program based on how you move and what goals you’re trying to reach.
Once the initial evaluation is complete, together you and your performance coach will determine the best game plan to hit your goals.
