Our Adult Group Training sessions are perfect for any adult athlete who is looking to get serious about their health and fitness, but need guidance on exactly how to make it happen! Our classes are open to all levels of fitness with scalable workouts that are sure to make you sweat and enjoy the process!
Class sizes are limited to just 8 athletes per group so that you’ll get the individualized attention you deserve. This is especially important if you are transitioning out of physical therapy and worried about hurting yourself in the gym.
